Products

The CSA runs for 10 consecutive weeks each summer.  

Each season is filled with CSA member favorites.  The vegetable shares include main-season vegetables, such as peas, corn, beets, onions, potatoes, lettuce, carrots, spinach, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, beans, kale, squash, celery, eggplant, cucumbers, swiss chard, parsnips, and cabbage.  To name a few.  All of the colors and flavors of the season.

The size of a vegetable share varies throughout the season, starting out lighter at the beginning with more leafy greens and becoming more varied and abundant as the season progresses.

Each crops production depends on the weather and pest pressures.
